Infertility counseling: We at our advanced infertility & reproductive endocrinology institute in north of Iran, recognize that couples and individuals who suffered from infertility often face emotional challenges in their efforts to get success to complete their family because infertility can affect all aspects of life, we have developed a range of services to provide infertile couples supports they need before, during and after infertility treatment. Counseling and support services include guidance in managing stress, handling anxiety or depression, maintaining positive relationships with family and friends, dealing with work issues. Genetics counseling: We provide genetic counseling at our institute to patients contemplating intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), testicular sperm extraction (TESE) and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) we also counsel patients suffering from habitual abortion, premature ovarian or testicular failure, identified genetic conditions, advanced maternal age, and those with family history of congenital disease. Ultrasonography: Ultrasound evaluation of patients undergoing ovarian stimulation regimens for ovulation induction and in vitro fertilization, hystrosonography, early pregnancy monitoring, fetus growth monitoring and gynecologic screening. Our many years of experience bring a special expertise to our advanced infertility institute. Andrology / Urology: We have an experienced Andrologist team who participate with TESE and PESA and also manage male factor infertility in our institute. Laboratory services: In our advanced infertility institute we have endocrinology – Andrology and, embryologylaboratory services. We offer embryo - culture to 4-8 cells or extended culture to the blastocyst stages, as well as microinjection (ICSI), TESE, PESA, assisted hatching and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). Our laboratory also does all routine lab tests, serum steroid assays routine semen analysis, semen washing for intrauterine insemination (IUI).
